Instant Payment Notification Problems

I keep getting messages from Paypal saying that there is a problem with the IPN. So often enough, I need to go into the IPN area and reenable my service. The funny thing is that most of the transactions go through.  Now what I see as the URL in the IPN area is not the URL that Paypal keeps saying fails. I have gotten no help from Paypal explaning why this is. Can anyone help?

 

This is what the IPN url message that appears in each of my websites as the point to url and below that is the message that Paypal says is wrong.

 

I would even be willing to pay someone to fix this once and for all.

Notification URL http://www.bulletinnewspapers.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-member/modules/paypal_paypal.php

This is the message Paypal sends saying I have problems. If you look at the URL's they are different. How can what I see on the screen be different from what they are emailing me?

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

http://www.norwoodrecord.com/?paypal_process=1&mod=paypal_paypal
http://www.bulletinnewspapers.com/?paypal_process=1&mod=paypal_paypal

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

I keep getting the same message also.  I Called paypal and they checked my account, said all was fine, and not to worry about it!?  Someone help!  I hate the thought of losing sales.

I am sorry you are experiencing these issues. At this point you can contact PayPal directly and speak to one of our Merchant Technical Support agents and have them take a look or you can hop on over to the PayPal Developer Forum to see if they can find a solution for you.
