I can't access to "Merchant Services"... Why?

Hi,

I have a Premier paypal account. However, when I click on the "Merchant Services" tab it takes me to a page which I believe is the Turkey's paypal homepage(which logs me out from Paypal). I live in Turkey but I don't understand why this is happening.

I am trying to create a payment button but I can't because I am not able to access the Merchant Services area by clicking the tab.

Can anybody help? Do you know why this is happening and how I can fix it ?

When logged in, navigate to https://www.paypal.com/buttonfactory instead.

Or through your account: Profile > My selling tools > My payment buttons > Update.

Thank you for the quick response.

Do you expect this to be fixed soon? Because there might be other services besides creating payment button that we'd need to use under Merchant Services section.
