I have entered domestic and international shipping options, but my website only shows the option to enter a zip code. I need to have a drop down with all the shipping options. What is the trick? Thanks!
Most likely you are referring to the first page of the checkout, where the buyer logs into their PayPal account. Shipping shouldn't be displayed there as we don't know where the item is about to be shipped. The buyer must log in and select the address; then the shipping methods applicable to the specific address will be visible.
Thanks Michael! We have found that the shipping options show when they are Reviewing their orders too. Hopefully, this will solve our shipping option issues.
