Error using "Custom Page Style": invalid file format image in the Header Image URL

I am trying to add my header image to my shopping cart and payment pages, but having no luck. I am adding the url for my website (and logo) and I keep getting an error message:

"Please check the image file format in the Header Image URL. It appears to be an invalid file format."

> I have tried changing the file format between jpeg and GIF.

> I've changed the file path so there are no "odd characters" (e.g. ' - \ etc).

> The file is on a secure server.

> The file is within the size and pixel limits and can be seen here:

   https://dl-web.dropbox.com/get/Toby/Public/STMW_website_secure_files/STMW_landscape_small.gif?w=ff89...

This seems to be a common problem in the forum but no definitive answers provided.

Hi - curious if you resolved this issue, because I have a similar problem!

The changes I made to colors came through, by my logo image URL and header image URL do not display. Instead, I just get a little box with an x in it, and my email address. This is in the Class view and the Enhanced view.

My URL links are

Logo Image URL: http://www.thebangle.com/img/46664_bangle_PayPal_logo.png

Header Image URL: http://www.thebangle.com/img/46664-PayPal-sml.jpg

Any help would be appreciated, as this does appear to be a common problem.

Thanks

Poster #1. Remove ? and everything after it.

Poster #2: That's because your logo is hosted on a non-SSL secured server, and your browser refuses to load insecure content on secured pages (such as PayPal's). To resolve this, simply upload the logo to https://www.sslpic.com/ instead.

Hi there I also have this problem. I have tried making the file size smaller and have tried .jpg and .gif but with no avail. The logo image is off the website and the header image has been uploaded to https://www.sslpic.com/ as you suggested.
