Email account in receipts no longer accurate,

Hi.

I am set up with Website Payments Pro and accept recurring billing from my customers. I'm about to launch a new product, and I noticed that my receipt email is my personal email address for that account. I have other email addresses associated with that account, and my business email address is the primary email account.

I read that you can create child accounts, allowing each of them to be for specific businesses, but I'm worried about messing up my payments with my recurring billing. All of those are created using the PayPal API, and not sending people directly to PayPal.

Any help or thoughts?

Can I shift recurring payments to a child account?

And if not, is there any way to change the email address used when people get receipts from me?

Hello adrock31,

Can I shift recurring payments to a child account?

Yes, you can shift recurring payments to a child account. However, to set up recurring billing on an account the account is required to have Website Payments Pro. If you would like to link your Master account to a Child account contact PayPal directly and request this set up. You will also need to apply for Website Payments Pro on the Child account as a separate application.

I hope this helps clear up your questions.
