When a customer clicks to purchase this pdf mini ebook everything works fine - I get paid ... but the download isn't initiated after the purchase is complete. I end up having to email the customer directly and deliver the pdf manually ... have I done something wrong? Also, paypal asks me to verify the product has been shipped ... as if it is unaware that it is a digital download.
