When sending an invoice I request a deposit before the transaction is completed, sometimes several months down the road. How can I show a deduct for that deposit in the template I've created so that I can arrive at the final figure I need to bill? I am not able to show a negative amount anywhere so that I can show a credit for the initial deposit.
Unfortunately with Website Payments Standard there are no features or options that would allow you to do what you have in mind. One method would be for you to create your own email and include a link for the customer to pay the balance.
