Create an invoice custom pages problem

When I create a custom invoice, these features are missing:

 

When the person pays, I get an email notifying me of payment.  What is missing from this email is the following:

 

~ Details of the transaction (the itemized invoice I sent)

~ Person's shipping information.

 

Why is it so hard to echo this info in the email?  I have to log onto the PayPal site to retreive this information. For us dial-up / Satellite users, load speeds are a PITA

 

Lack of these features make tis service NON user friendly.

 

Any chances of correcting this problem?

Thanks for the feedback.  We're checking to see if this is the current functionality of the email or a technical issue.  As there may be some troubleshooting involved if it's a technical concern, this may take a few days to confirm.  We'll post updates as we hear further details.

It is also reported to the MTS board.  You and I have conversed before about emails and business functions the site should provide.  This is a needed service for business functions.  Release a survey or add a poll to this site and let's see what the results would be.
