Can I make a discount code with PayPal?

I want to be able to offer a discount to my customers, like 15% off with out having to make changes to my current website... Is there any way to have an "enter discount/ promo code here" at check out with PayPal?

I did some poking around on the PayPal Developer Forum and found this information in regards to how allow your customers to enter a coupon code at checkout. I hope this helps.
