I have a secretary using Virtual Terminal to enter transactions. As well we have a website that is processing transactions. The receipts for these transactions come to my email address and then I have to forward them to my secretary. Is there a way that I can just have these transactions go directly to my secretary? I really don't want to give up my email address so I can still receive other information associated with our business account.
You are only able to have one Primary email address on your PayPal account which means all the notifications would go to the Primary email address. If you would like all the notifcations to go to your secretaries email address you can add her email address to the PayPal account and make it Primary and she would then receive all notifications.
