Buyer not able to pay through emailed invoice

In the past I have requested money through email and my buyers have had no problems paying with them and I receive the payment quickly. I decided to use an invoice this time so I could save and reuse but my buyer is not able to complete her transaction. She keeps telling me that a message comes back saying her payment has been sent to a different email account. She claims she has paid twice now, but the payment has never showed up in my account. Has anyone else ever had this problem? I don't know what to tell her. Are paypal invoices always this difficult to use? Please help!

Did you ask her which email address the payment had been sent to? Is it an old email address of yours?
