Hi, I have created a Buy Now button for my client with an Auto Return page that contains a link for the customer to download an ebook (along with the required PayPal text). Most of the time this works, and we have verified with some customers that they received the download page just fine and got the ebook. A couple of customers have said they did not get the download page. Has anyone else had this problem, or have suggestions?
