I had 2 loans before , both paid in full (last payment dec.2019). My sells are over 15.000 USD in the past 12 month. What's mean "previous 5 days"? Called paypal and they can'y give me the answer. They are telling me keep doing what you doing, also they tell me that according to my account numbers I'm eligible to reaply. Need help please
