where are my payments

I sure hope someone can help me as customer service has been worse than useless.
I have had 11 payments sent to me since March 29th for workshops I provide. I have gotten a notice from Paypal saying my payments has been received. I went to my account and there is not money there.
The emails I have gotten back about this don't apply as I don't fall under any of those circumstances.
anyone here have any ideas?
