Hi,
I recently listed a video card on ebay and sold it as well in few days.
During listing the final calculation was 0 US$ for any additional fees.
Of cause Paypal deducted a fee after the item was sold, but now the invoice comes for US$ 23 and it says "fees for selling your video card".
This is typical cheating behavior !!! Why it was not clearly indicated that I have to pay additional US$ 23 for the listing?
shame on you Paypal
Can someone explain me what is wrong with me or Paypal?
