My customer made a purchase through ebay.
I have been trying to refund the money since the customer wanted local pick up after he made the purchase.
However paypal keep giving me error message.
"We were unable to complete this payment. Please add funds to your PayPal account and try again"
I have accounts (checking, debit and credit cards) linked to my paypal and yet i see no options for this.
I tried sending a message directly to paypal but no answer from the chat option.
help .. help help !!
