Greetings everyone.
I am currently stuck in the summary section of the PPP application process. I've already uploaded all the required documents and received green checks. The problem is the Beneficial owner information section. I entered in my partners information, verified that it's correct, hit continue, but the field still comes up with the Get started button instead of the green check. Therefore I am unable to proceed in the application. I submitted a ticket last night and have been trying to get through on the phone line all day.
Can someone please advise how to get around this issue or is it a glitch in the system? I've tried different browsers and cleared my cache with mo luck.
