When I set up this charity account I had to go through a verification system to get the lower rates and the "Donate Now" button. But now those features seems to be gone. The processing rates are higher and I do not see the feature to use the "Donate Now" button. Since I am an accountant who handles these for multiple charity clients, it is possible that I'm confusing this PayPal charity account with another one. But whare do I start the diagnosis process and confirm or correct the charity features for this account?
