subscription payment using credit or debit card integration API ?

I 'm working on a PayPal subscription integration. Using Paypal account users can subscribe to the service and it's working fine. So now i'm trying subscription who has not to account on Paypal so have any option for done subscription using credit or
debit card without creating Paypal account may be creating an account on background only. Thanks
