Hello. I'm trying to add a sub-user to my business account; in https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/users/ I found it marked as "action required"; I tried to verify it, found a form that I filled with every info required (name, surname, address, ID number etc.), but got just an error about paypal was unabled to verify and just two attempts were available.
I got the error message just after the "submit" of the form, so no way that any real check has been done.
So here I'm to ask: what info does PayPal need?!?!?
