srt billing retry policy

Hi All,

 

On srt parameter you can specify the retries when a bill fails, I would like to understand what is the exactly retry policy that paypal applies to the users. For example if I have a weekly subscription and I have setting up the srt parameter to 52 that is the maximum, in case I have an user that has no balance in his account, how paypal will retry the billing?.
