I need to report an issue however resolution center will not allow me to do so because I did not place the order when I was logged into paypal. I placed an order on July 9, 2020 and I have the the receipt number is along with emails from paypal. I never received this item from the seller. The seller will not return any emails when I ask about the shipment. The tracking number isnt correct. The seller gave me a tracking number from a previous transaction place don 7/8 which is before I even placed my order and the tracking form this seller is an amazon #. I believe I got scammed out of $100 bucks. Anyone have something similar like this happen?
