"we’re sorry, we were unable to setup pre approved payments. Please try again later" this shows when i select my paypal account to my selling item on ebay.how can i solve this?

Hi @Chithz,

 

I'm sorry to hear that the initiation of a billing agreement was not approved. A decline can happen for a few reasons. Please check to make sure that the card on your account is registered on your card issuer's records to the name and address exactly as it appears on your PayPal account. If that matches exactly, please try waiting at least 24 hours without attempting the link again, and try again after clearing the cookies and cache in your browser and restarting it. That covers a lot of the troubleshooting bases.

 

If the issue persists after that, please reach out to customer service to look into it further.
