"buy now" button / credit cards options / Venmo

I had my 'buy now' buttons (for my instagram) with the options of paying through PayPal and with options for credit cards. 

I noticed that outside the US the credit card options don't show up. Only PayPal. 

Also, I'd love to know if they are adding Vemo as an option.
