Hi everyone, I need your help.
I have an account on bandcamp and I published my new album today. I got two emails from two different countries which said the same thing. One was from France, another was from the US. They got a message when they try to buy my music: "This transaction was refused for regulatory compliance reasons." The person who gave me a message from the US could buy my other album through bandcamp last year.
Does someone know how to deal with this?
