I'm pretty new to using PayPal's shipping feature... the first time I received a paid invoice, the "ready to ship" button was there, and I used it to initiate printing the shipping label. But now I have a second paid invoice, and the "ready to ship" button is not there. I can't seem to find any way to initiate the label process. What am I missing?
Click the payment transaction and click "Print Shipping Label".
They used to mark new payments green "Need Attention" tag and have the blue button to the Needs Attention transactions but they don't do that anymore as some on the forums have questioned it and don't like it.
I too am having the same issue. I know where to look for "create shipping label" button but it is NOT on the transaction screen with that particular activity. IDK why it is gone but I have messaged PP for help.
