Hello , I want to create a presale/ preorder listing in Ebay. If someone purchase my item, when will i have that money in my card visa linked to my paypal account or my paypal account? Because i need the exact time my money will be ready to pay for the supplier in my card Visa and my paypal. I live in Vietnam and have a visa card and a bank account. The supplier have 2 options to pay: Checkout via paypal or credit card Thank you very much!
