why does it not show   my pre approve payments

I am not sure but I think there is no more pre approve payment option.

Here's how you can see or manage your pre-approved payments.

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Settings near the top of the page.
3. Click Payments.
4. Click Manage pre-approved payments.

No options under payment reg pre approve payment manage automatic payments only under settings > payments> shows only manage automatic payments
