I had a resolution in our favor for an item that was a Scam, the credit card used was cancelled 4 weeks ago and we no longer have a replacement or deal with that credit company. What happens to with this money does it sit in the air? I have tried to contact paypal but no one ever emails or we cant get them on the phone my wife sat on hold for 2 1/2 hours and no one came on the line.
I do have another credit card on file or it can it go to this card or the paypal balance in our account?
