Normally PayPal transfers money of the sales to my charity (100%) with no problems, but sometimes it doesn't transfer the money and no reason is given and I have to transfer the money myself. Anyone knows possible reasons? I can only think it happens when I've had to make a partial P&P refund, but can't find any info.
