Ive had 4 working capital loans and apart from the first time Ive always had issues when it comes to reapplying.
Each time I get a different code, even when i thought my figures are really great ive been turned down.
When I have phoned Paypal and asked they never explain what the codes mean, go away and check and then come back with the same answer - keep applying. Each time I have done this and eventually the magic happens and I get accepted !
This time on my phone it lets me apply but on my laptop the button clicks and does absolutely nothing.
I would just keep selling, putting things through Paypal and keep applying.
