Corporations Division We are a nonprofit organization "Albaninas Fighting Cancer USA' and we were notified by tree people that are trying to donate on our web site page that their donation was declined. I am the president of this charity and tried to make a donation with three different credit cards and debit card and the same message declining all of them . I called my bank and I was told there is no holding on anything on my card so you have to check with PayPal. In their system they do not see even any attempt for payment. Please help
