Tried to donate to Wikipedia via Paypal. My transaction won't go through. Webpage to Paypal keeps loading -but nothing else happens. Same on other sites too!

Clear your cache / try another browser / try another device.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
