no "view and pay invoice" blue button in the payment link email. what went wrong?

Hello, the customer claims there is no "view and pay" clickable button in the payment link. How's that possible if the invoice was generated via paypal?

Hello @DisRus,
That sounds like it may be a device or browser-related error on the buyer's side. I would recommend either sending another invoice, have them try to open the email through a different browser, or paying through their PayPal account if they have registered for one.
