new chip and tap reader no option to print reciept

Hello all,

I just picked up the new Chip and Tap reader

And now I don't have the option to print a receipt for the customer. I had the old reader, which worked fine.  I tested the printer and its fine. network sees it. hooked my old reader up and prints the sales receipt just fine. Am I missing something obvious?
