I am a seller working as a freelance by using paypal to accept the amount from USA clients. My client won't be able to make the payment. I have checked my account by calling may paypal. they said everything is okay with my paypal account. There is a payment problem occurring from customer end. Geeting eror message like you can't complete this purchase. reurn to your merchant. . So suggest me what should I ask to my customer to make a successful payment to me. will be waiting
