hello my question is I am doing my first crafts show of homemade earrings keychains etc just starting out no website or social media as of yet also just testimg the waters so no licenses or registrations yet but I did get a card reader (Paypal) am I even allowed to use it without a license or registration to accept payments ? i sm so new to everything and wanted to be sure.
