I have created a new user on my account. I now wish to add a second user but when I try to do so I receive an error message that I need to enter a valid user ID. I am quite sure the ID I am entering is valid. It is "MFSTreasurer". I have actually tried 3 different variations on this including 'Treasurer' and 'mfstreasurer'. Is there a limit to the number of users I can add to an account or what else might be happening. I need to get this resolved as soon as possible. Thanks for any suggestions.
