My ipad says it needs to have a iOS 10 or more to upload the new Paypal Here app, I went to use the old one and it said it was now out of date and needed to update the drivers, then timed out because its old enough it wont accept ios 10? Is there a option to load a older app back on the ipad? My current iOS is 9.3.5 and says I cant boost to iOS 10?
