how long does it take to resolve and verify documents to allow transactions online

We started taking payments for clinical services online and were asked for documents. I have provided documents . How long does it take to resolve the issue?

Unfortunately the time it takes varies widely depending on the complexity of your case. You can contact PayPal for a follow up. 

1. Go to: https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us
2. Click Disputes and account limitations
3. Click Account limitations
4. Click Check the status of a limitation
5. Click Message Us or Call Us

PayPal does not lift limitations over the phone but try requesting a support follow up ticket to the limitations dept through customer service.

A heads up that PayPal requires pre-approval to accept payments for certain services, "prescription drugs/devices" are one of them. Have a back up plan, just in case they've decided you violated Acceptable Use policy.
