error : Channel not enabled for channel initiated

Hi,

 

I am using Sharetribe open-source and integrating paypal express checkout payment gateway with it. But It is not allowing my account to use ChannelInitiatedBilling. So how can I use it and make it enable for my account ?

 

Any help would be appreciated.
