account to refund buyers .ebay and paypal say they didn't take it but I have proof they took the money but they continue to give me the run around or just straight out lie. 4x i've been told it's been straightened out. and nothing has been fixed. Now somehting just sold and they took another $300 from the sale. My bank is even investigating the money they removed yet ebay and paypay say they have not removed any money. I have paypal transaction ID as proof.
