Hi, yesterday we got the e-mail from PayPal
"XY has canceled the following billing agreement with you. Billing agreement ID:B-xxxx. Sincerely,PayPal ".
Does anyone know what that means? Do we need to do something?
The service was performed on 16 November 2020 and we have not received any notification from this customer that he was not satisfied with our service...
