I started an advertising campaign. People call in, sometimes I need to take their credit card info. Can I use the paypal without sending an invoice first?
Thank you for your question! With PayPal Payments Standard (the default Business account type), it is not permitted to take a customer's card information over the phone. PayPal Payments Pro offers Virtual Terminal, which does allow that.
