Not sure if this is the right place but here goes, for the past year or so i have been tracking and reporting a firm that claim they are a non profit charity when in fact they are not.
They are a business run by one person they have now taken to asking for donations via paypal they ask for these donations to be paid into a private account and ask no notes be left clearly breaching paypal t&c but i am having trouble finding how to report this to paypal.
