change the label from "ship to " to "Bill to"

Hi , currently i have implemented the basic paypal integration in my Angular application. Its working fine. But I need to change the label "ship to " which

is displayed on the checkout screen when selecting payment method. I want to change this label from "ship to" to "bill to".

I am attaching an image to illustrate it.
