cannot log in on my usual PC but other devices are okay

We have a strange problem. We cannot login using our usual PC. We get security check where PP sends us an SMS. But our telephone does not accept SMS. Also during the crisis we are not available to answer calls on that line. We tried ”Try another way” but that just take us back to the SMS screen.
However, we can log in no problem on another PC (same IP) and on a mobile phone using our usual password .
I got a 6 digit code to phone local PP (Hong Kong office) , I tried calling in PP office hours but got message office is closed.
I have tried clearing cache, using alternative IP and different browsers but nothing works on the problem PC. Problem PC was able to log in to PP yesterday.
Any suggestions please?
