i didnt receive my very first paypal bill of 6.02 . when i got the second bill, i paid in full immediatly, however paypal decided to reduce my credit line from 2500 to 130 thus dropping my credit score so badly that i have to postpone buying the car i was planning to buy as well as the solar panels. i wasnt doing anything so terrible as to be punished in this manner. i do have stocks in paypal and considering cashing them out.
Paypal doesn't care about anyone but their self, they stopped me from using paypal because i had a misunderstanding on a charge for a product i sold and they have been HOLDING my money and will NOY give it to me so it doesn't surprise me that they messed up your credit like that, and i bet they are saying its all your fault and they can not do anything about it.
