accepting payments

I have two payments since March 3, that I have not been able to accept. Need help with this.

Hi,

 

Thank you for reaching us thru Community Forum. Just want to check have you received an email coming from PayPal that there is already money waiting on your account. There is a possibility that the reason why you are still not receiving the money is due to your email is not confirm. You need to make sure that you're email that you use on your PayPal is confirmed or if it is already confirm however there is no transaction on your activity kindly coordinate with the sender. Hope this helps
