You have an account alert

We keep seeing a red flag with the message "You have an account alert. However when we check the Compliance Dashboard then every item is ticked as follows. So we do not know what the problem. We have contacted PayPal on several occasions but we continue to get this message. It has not in any way limited or PayPal account. We can still pay money in and bank money from eBay sales. Bit is just annoying that we cannot get rid of warning

• Proof of identity

• Letter of authorisation

Business

• Business contact information

• Proof of business registration

• Additional business information

• Add beneficial owners

• Add company directors

Beneficial owner information

• Add Owner

Account

• Confirm bank account or card

All the above are ticked as dne

Anybody know what else we can do?
